Joan came to Neighborhood Crusades at age 19 on loan from the gas company to help with a Halloween Crusade NCI was conducting. She has been with NCI ever since, for more than 30 years and is Rev. Floyd's Personal Secretary and Executive Secretary for the office.

Joan does it all at NCI and is our most valued employee. She is married and mother of one son and twin girls, and grandmother of two girls.
